Ground Up Sdn. Bhd. recently completed the design and fit-out works for Paramount Co-Working Space at Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru, delivering a contemporary workspace that balances functionality, comfort, and brand identity.

The design concept focuses on creating a welcoming and flexible co-working environment, using warm timber finishes, soft neutral tones, and integrated greenery to promote productivity and well-being. Open collaboration areas are complemented by semi-private workstations and casual breakout seating, allowing users to transition seamlessly between focused work and informal meetings.

A key highlight of the space is the custom reception and feature wall, designed to anchor the arrival experience while reinforcing Paramount’s co-working brand presence. Carefully planned lighting, acoustic considerations, and ergonomic furniture selections ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace throughout the floor.

As a design and build contractor, Ground Up managed the project from concept development through construction, coordination, and final handover, ensuring quality execution within a live commercial environment. The completed space reflects Ground Up’s expertise in co-working space fit-outs, commercial interior design, and office renovation works across Johor Bahru and Malaysia.
